GPS Users

You can download hiking trails, mountain biking trails or motorcycle riding loops along with sponsoring businesses to your recreation grade GPS receiver (Garmin, Magellan, DeLorme, etc). The trails and riding loops have been reformatted as tracks. The businesses are waypoints.

The tracks and waypoints are stored in .GPX format, an industry standard format for any manufacturer of GPS receivers, however, they can only be used on units that can accept tracks and waypoints. These typically are what are called recreation grade receivers.

Garmin NUVI and Tom Tom users: your units are for vehicle navigation, they are not recreation grade receivers. They cannot accept tracks. Sorry.

If you are unsure if your receiver can accept tracks or waypoints, please email your make and model number to us for verification.

Trails have been organized into logical groupings by location. Most hiking and mountain biking trails are exactly the same -- so no need to purchase both. When they are not the same, the product name will state "Hiking" or "Mt. Biking". All McCauley Mt. trails and Town of Webb trail system trails are for both hiking and mountain biking. Sets of trails are $3.00, plus tax. The amenities/businesses file is free.

This pdf document displays a table of all the hiking trails and their corresponding files for download.
